My VIP Tour Terms & Conditions
At My VIP Tour, our goal is to provide your family with an unforgettable, stress-free experience. To ensure transparency and a smooth process for all guests, please review the following terms and conditions prior to submitting your Reservation Form. Submitting the form confirms your agreement.
FRIENDLY REMINDERS FOR YOUR MY VIP TOUR EXPERIENCE
- My VIP Tours take place rain or shine.
- Billing begins at the confirmed meeting time and includes a minimum of six (6) consecutive hours.
- Your VIP Tour Guide will help you experience your favorite attractions as efficiently and enjoyably as possible.
IN-PERSON VIP TOURS
Tour Start Time
- In-person VIP tours typically begin 1 hour before the park's official opening time, which may be as early as 6:45 AM during peak seasons.
Park Admission
- All guests ages 3+ must have valid theme park admission and the relevant Express Pass
- My VIP Tour visits one park per day, unless discussed and approved by VIP Guide & My VIP Tour Management
Billing
- VIP Tours are billed per hour, with a six consecutive hour minimum
- A 20% gratuity is added to all in-person tour services.
Epic Universe Important Notes
- We do not control the availability of Epic Universe tickets or Express Passes.
- Express Passes are required for all guests.
- We do not have special access to the Virtual Queue for the Ministry of Magic.
- My VIP Tour is not affiliated with Universal Orlando.
- During the opening months of Epic Universe, some attractions may have limited availability or adjusted schedules.
Dining Reservations
- We recommend planning your trip at least 90 days in advance. Dining reservations open 60 days prior to arrival.
- While we do not typically make dining reservations, we are happy to provide recommendations and monitor availability for cancellations.
- Missed reservations may result in a $10 per person fee, charged by Disney.
Cancellation & Rebooking
- Cancellations made within 8 days of the scheduled tour will incur a 3-hour fee per day canceled, cancellations prior to 8 days before VIP Tour are fully refundable.
- Rebooking (changing parks or dates) will incur a $100 fee.
- If your assigned VIP guide is unavailable due to a rebooking, the 3-hour cancellation fee still applies.
VIRTUAL VIP TOURS
Tour Start Time
- Virtual tours typically begin 1 hour before park opening, often as early as 7:00 AM.
Lightning Lane Access
- Guests must purchase Multi Pass and Individual Lightning Lanes.
- Your VIP Guide will add these selections to your My Disney Experience app prior to your Virtual VIP Tour using the credit card on file, this charge is paid directly to Disney.
Billing
- Virtual VIP tours are billed per hour with a six consecutive hour minimum.
- A 20% gratuity is added to the full hourly rate of $150/hour, regardless of discounted rates.
Cancellation & Rebooking
- Virtual Tours are non-refundable within 8 days of Virtual VIP Tour, fully refundable prior to 8 days.
- Rebooking (changing parks or dates) will incur a $100 fee.
Park Admission
- Valid theme park admission required for all guests ages 3+.
VIP CONCIERGE FEE
- A $299 non-refundable concierge fee is required at the time of reservation. This includes:
- Initial planning call
- Assistance with itinerary creation, park ticket guidance, dining plans, stroller/scooter reservations, and transportation advice
- Ongoing support during your stay

COVID-19 DISCLOSURE & RELEASE By submitting the Reservation Form, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with exposure to COVID-19. You agree not to hold Orlando VIP Travel (DBA "My VIP Tour") or any affiliates, employees, or contractors liable for any illness or injury.
GENERAL RELEASE By submitting the Reservation Form, you release Orlando VIP Travel, LLC (DBA "My VIP Tour") and its representatives from any claims or liability related to your tour. In case of dispute, the prevailing party is entitled to attorney’s fees and costs.
Orlando VIP Travel (DBA “My VIP Tour”) is not affiliated with Disney or Universal Studios.
