Our VIP Tour booking process begins with you completing our Reservation Form with your client's information and requested tour dates on their behalf. Once we receive their information in our system, one of our Luxury Concierges will reach out to you or your client directly to start tailoring their dream vacations. We will work closely with you to create a personalized itinerary that meets all of your clients' needs and preferences, ensuring that their experience is nothing short of exceptional. This includes, but is not limited to creating a customized itinerary for their stay, recommending dining reservations, purchasing park tickets, reserving Genie+, setting up private transportation to and from the airport, in between the parks and their resort (this is an additional cost), reserving strollers and much more.

To gain access to pricing and availability, simply complete the "Get A Quote" form located at the top right corner of our website or connect with one of our Luxury Concierges directly by calling (407) 636-2390. Whichever option you choose, you'll receive detailed information about our service offerings, pricing, and availability for your preferred dates.

Once you have all the information you need to advise your client, you will next complete the Reservation Form above. When we receive the Reservation Form we will promptly add your booking to our calendar, and a dedicated Luxury Concierge will contact you to discuss the next steps. In no time, your guests will find themselves packing and preparing for the dream vacation they've always imagined!

VIP Tours are commissionable at 10% regardless of the hourly VIP tour rate, Travel Advisors are welcome to add to the Net rate. Commission is typically paid two weeks after the VIP tour is complete. We require a W9 for host agencies to be on file before payment is sent. A check will be mailed to your host agency. International Travel Advisors provide wire instructions. Commission is paid in USD. Wire fees will be deducted from commission.
