A virtual VIP tour gives you a dedicated My VIP Tour guide who runs your Disney day remotely. Your guide books and rebooks Lightning Lanes, watches wait times live, adjusts your plan as the day changes and texts you exactly where to go next. You get a VIP strategy without a guide walking beside you.
Is a virtual Disney tour worth it?

What’s the difference between a My VIP Tour guide and Universal Express Pass?
Express Pass gives you a shorter line. A My VIP Tour guide gives you a plan. Your guide decides what to ride and when, works with your Express access handles dining and keeps your group moving, so your day is shaped around your family and not just the queue.
How many parks can I visit in one day?
With a Park Hopper ticket, you can visit more than one park in a single day. Many families choose to focus on one park for a relaxed pace, while others enjoy a multi-park itinerary designed by their My VIP Tour guide.
Do I need park tickets for a Disney VIP Tour?
Yes. All guests must have valid Disneyworld admission tickets (and Park Hopper tickets if visiting multiple parks) in addition to booking a VIP Tour. Tickets are not included in the tour service.

How much does a private VIP theme park tour in Orlando cost?
My VIP Tour’s in-person VIP tours start at $250 per hour, Virtual VIP Tours at Disney World start at $150 per hour. Most tours have a 6-hour minimum (8 hours at Kennedy Space Center), plus a 20% gratuity on the guide rate. Park tickets are not included.
Are park tickets included in the tour price?
Park tickets,Lightning Lanes and Express Passes are not included in VIP tour price.
How many people can join a private VIP tour?
1 VIP guide can direct 8 guests on a VIP tour, for groups of 9 or more two VIP guides is required.
How far in advance should I book?
Book as early as you can, especially for holidays, spring break and summer. Peak season runs October through April, and our guides fill up fast. For the best dining and experience reservations we recommend booking at least 90 days prior to arrival.
What makes My VIP Tour different from Disney’s official tours?
Disney’s official VIP tours follow set structures, while My VIP Tour offers fully customized experiences designed around your family’s ages, interests, and goals. With Orlando-based guides and personalized itineraries, we focus on making your day stress-free and magical.
Is there a minimum tour length?
Yes. Most My VIP Tour bookings have a 6-hour minimum. Kennedy Space Center tours have an 8-hour minimum. Many families book full park days, and multi-day packages are available.
Are there holiday rates?
Yes. Holiday dates may carry a surcharge of up to $25 per hour for virtual tours and $50 per hour for in-person tours. Your Guest Experience Advisor will confirm the exact rate when you get your quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, which is why we've created a cancellation and date change policy to accommodate your needs. If you cancel more than 8 days before your VIP tour, no additional fees will be charged. However, cancellations made to in-person VIP Tours 8 days or less prior to the tour date will incur a 50% cancellation fee (equivalent to 3 hours). If you choose to change your VIP tour date, a $100 date change fee will apply, as long as your assigned VIP guide is available. If your VIP guide is not available, a 3-hour cancellation fee will be charged instead.

Your guide meets you before park opening, because the first hour is the most valuable of the day. From there, they run your ride order, timing, dining and breaks, and adjust in real time.
Are VIP tours good for families with young children?
Yes. Our VIP guides plan around nap times, height requirements, character moments and rest breaks, so little ones stay happy and parents aren’t juggling apps and maps.
Do you work with travel advisors?
Yes. My VIP Tour partners with travel advisors as a planning and execution partner, the Disney desk your agency doesn’t have to build. Advisors earn commission on in-person tours, with net rates available for virtual Disney tours.
