Do not worry, we have answers! Please review our frequently asked questions below. If you do not find the answers you are looking for please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always available during normal business hours via telephone and can be emailed at any time. We attempt to respond to all emails within one business day.
Not only will you have a Private VIP Guide with you at the park but you’ll have your own team of concierges at your fingertips from the time of your booking until the very end of your time with us.
Once we’ve gathered your information, a customized itinerary will be created for you outlining a plan for each day. Your VIP guide will meet you at your hotel before the park opens and you’ll be on your way to an amazing day.
Here are the planning steps:
1. Initial call or email where we find out everything we need to know about your family and travel needs.
2. You fill out the reservation form to reserve your booking where you will be charged a $250 nonrefundable planning fee. We will add your reservation to our calendar, along with your important dining date at 60 days.
3. Once the planning is complete we will send you a fully customized itinerary for you to review. Once you give us the green light it will then be sent to your VIP guide who will contact you within 48 hours to introduce themselves, discuss meeting times, and go over the overall plan for your park days.
4. Once you have made plans with your VIP guide all you have to do is show up bright and early for a fun, stress-free and magical day!
You’ll spend the majority of the morning experiencing the best attractions with minimal wait times. Most of our families choose a sit-down lunch, but you will also have the option to get quick service. Some families choose to invite their VIP guide to join them, while others enjoy family time. After lunch you’ll head back out for more fun. Want more action in the evening? Just let us know. Your VIP guide can assist you with getting the best seats at the parades and night time shows, they are available to you for the entire day. Please note that for split day tours our minimum hours increase to ten.

Rates are based on the size of your group and the time of year you are visiting. Please call for a quote (407) 636-2390
All VIP tours require a minimum of six hours per day. This is the amount of time that we feel is needed to show you all of the highlights and attractions in each park. Please know that this is not a six hour tour, your VIP guide is available to you all day and will continue booking rides for you and your family. If you would like to continue beyond the six hours you will be billed hourly. Please note that all split day tours will be charged a minimum of ten hours.
At the time of booking we will charge your credit card a $250 nonrefundable planning fee. We will then use your credit card to purchase tickets, secure dining and any other items you need for your trip.
Your tour will not be charged until the end of your final day at the park. At that time, your VIP Guide will present an invoice to you with the total number of hours and any additional expenses that they have purchased on your behalf (coffee, stroller, etc). We accept all major Credit Cards and cash.
We know that our Private VIP Guides go above and beyond for our guests and we feel that the service they provide speaks volumes. Gratuity is left to your discretion. Any gratuity that is added to the bill will go directly to your Private VIP Guide. Most families that are happy with their VIP guide add 20% gratuity.
**All tours booked within fourteen days of the tour will be charged in full plus 20% gratuity.
Cancelation Fee & Itinerary Date Change Fee
All Royal Package cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your VIP tour will automatically be charged a 3-hour cancellation fee to your credit card on file. Cancellation fees apply to each VIP tour day canceled.
All prepaid tours can be cancelled up to 30 days in advance with a $250 penalty. Cancellations made 30 to 15 days prior to your VIP tour will automatically be charged a 50% cancellation fee, the remaining 50% will be refunded within one week of cancellation notification. Cancellation fees apply to each VIP tour day canceled.
Disney restaurants are very accommodating to guests with food allergies. If anyone in your family has any food restrictions please let your private concierge know and we will make sure that your dining selections meet your needs. We will give you all the tools you need to make sure everyone has an enjoyable and safe travel experience.
They are colorful and customizable wristbands you can use at all four Disney parks. Your bands are connected to your My Disney Experience account and act as all-in-one devices that effortlessly connect you to all the vacation choices you made on your My Disney Experience.
For guests staying at Disney Resorts: MagicBands are are offered through the app at a discounted rate. They can be used as your room key, credit card, park ticket, as well as your FastPass+ entry. Once you check into your hotel, we suggest having your bands scanned by a cast member at the front desk to make sure everything has been linked correctly. This will ensure a more seamless morning at the park and avoid the long lines at guest relations.
For guests staying off-property: You can still purchase MagicBands online at shopdisney.com or at select retail locations. You will be able to link your ticket to your band and use it as your park ticket and FastPass+ entry.
My family and I went to Magic Kingdom for our first time and Universal (also our first time) and our VIP guide was absolutely fantastic. We had kids ranging from ages 6 to 16, and she moved us around the park during Easter week with large crowds as if we owned the place. I honestly don’t think I could ever go to one of these parks on my own. It was worth every penny and more. Kudos to the concierge back in the office for their help from minute one until the end. The entire team at My VIP tour is excellent. Trust me you will not be disappointed!

Our family of 11, including our five grandchildren from ages 5-10, made our first trip to Disney last week. The trip was amazing and far surpassed all of our expectations thanks to MY VIP Tours and our two incredible guides. Between fast passes and the guides’ knowledge of the park, we never waited in line for more than 10-15 minutes. We all loved them, especially my granddaughters. I had not planned to go on many of the rides, but they urged me to give most of them a try, carefully noting what was involved. With their encouragement, I truly participated in the experience and had a blast.
