Magic Kingdom

When most people think of Disney parks, they think of Magic Kingdom. It was the first of the four theme parks to open back in 1971 and several of the original attractions are still there today.

While Magic Kingdom is certainly geared towards younger children there is a certain nostalgia that most people feel when they revisit the park as an adult, which is one of the many reasons it is still Disney’s most visited theme park.

Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom is the largest of Disney’s theme parks covering a whopping 500 acres. Home to more than 1,700 animals across 250 species, the park reflects Walt Disney’s dedication to conservation and commitment to animal care, education, and research. Animal Kingdom debuted Pandora, the World of Avatar, in 2017, with two rides set amidst a fantastic ecosystem from the movie, showing some of the best recent examples of Disney Magic.

Hollywood Studios

Hollywood Studios is all about the movies. It is home to Disney's newest park, Toy Story Land, which opened in the summer of 2018. Some of the most thrilling attractions like the Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith are here, as well as the popular Frozen Sing-A-Long. Hollywood Studios is Disney’s home base for all things Star Wars, including rides, shows, and character meet and greets. It’s Star Wars offerings are growing, with a new land opening in the summer of 2019.

Epcot

When most people think of Epcot, the first image that comes to mind is the huge golf ball like sphere that serves as the park’s landmark. This park is divided into two sections: Future World, and the World Showcase featuring the culture, food, and shopping experiences of its select countries: Mexico, China, Japan, France, Canada, Italy, Morocco, Norway, and Germany. Epcot covers over 300 acres, which is more than twice the size of the Magic Kingdom. This park is home to the second largest aquarium in the United States, and hosts several concert series throughout the year, featuring many popular artists.
