With our exclusive service, you'll not only have a Private VIP Guide to accompany you, but you'll also have access to a dedicated team of concierges from the moment you book until the end of your time with us.

We will gather your information and create a tailor-made itinerary outlining a plan for each day. Your VIP guide will meet you at your hotel before the park opens, and you'll embark on an unforgettable day with your family.

Here's a breakdown of the planning process:

1. Initial consultation via call or email to gather essential information about your family and travel needs.

2. Complete the reservation form, which includes a non-refundable $250 planning fee. We will confirm your booking, add it to our calendar, and note any crucial dining dates at 60 days.

3. After planning, we'll provide you with a fully customized itinerary for your review. Once approved, we'll forward it to your VIP guide, who will contact you within 48 hours to introduce themselves, discuss meeting times, and review your park days' plans.

4. On the day, arrive bright and early, ready for a fun, stress-free, and magical experience!

You'll enjoy most of the morning exploring top attractions with minimal wait times. For lunch, you can opt for a sit-down meal or quick service. After lunch, you'll continue your adventure. If you would like to continue on into the evening, just let us know, and your VIP guide will help you secure the best seats for parades and nighttime shows. They are available to you for the entire day.

*Please note that our minimum hours increase to ten hours for split day tours.

Our VIP tours are designed with a minimum of six hours per day to ensure you have ample time to enjoy the highlights and attractions in each park. Remember, this isn't just a six-hour tour—your VIP guide will be at your service all day, continually arranging rides for you and your family. If you'd like to continue the fun beyond the initial six hours, we're more than happy to accommodate, with additional time billed hourly.

Please note that for split day tours, we kindly ask for a minimum commitment of ten hours. We're excited to help you create unforgettable memories!

Upon booking with us, we'll charge a $250 non-refundable planning fee to your credit card. This fee covers the cost of your dedicated Luxury Concierge, who will meticulously plan your entire trip.

At the end of your final day in the park, your VIP Guide will present an invoice that includes the total number of hours and any additional expenses they've made on your behalf (e.g., coffee). We gladly accept all major credit cards and cash for your convenience.

Our top priority is to ensure your experience is as smooth and magical as possible!

All cancellations will result in a $250 concierge fee being retained by My VIP Tour. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to your VIP tour will not be subject to any additional cancellation fees. Cancellations made 15-30 days from VIP Tour day will result in a 50% cancellation fee charged to the credit card on file. Cancellations made 14 days or less from VIP tour will result in a 100% cancellation fee.

Orlando restaurants excel at accommodating guests with food allergies. If any family members have dietary restrictions, please inform your Luxury Concierge, and we will ensure your dining choices meet everyone's needs. Our goal is to provide you with all the necessary resources to guarantee a safe and enjoyable travel experience for everyone in your party.
